I've used to be the woman who struggled to trust herself...
My own journey has been one of deep transformation. In my early twenties, I was trapped in a fast-paced "rat race" lifestyle. I was working as a pastry chef in New York City, living as an anxious, insecure people-pleaser. My relationships were toxic, especially with myself. My lack of self-love and self-respect sabotaged my well-being . I often describe that time as my personal "dark night of the soul."
I eventually came to a crossroads and realized I needed to make a major life shift — so I chose a different path. I left the city to reconnect with the natural world where I grew up. I found a new tribe of inspiring individuals and began my healing journey. I transitioned out of the food industry and into education, dedicating the last ten years to deep personal growth and transformation. As I continue to grow, I find myself in an established chapter where I am honored to serve as both a teacher and a life coach.
I believe we are all warriors, carrying scars from our past. There is no shame in these wounds, for they can be the very source of our greatest gifts. My mission is to help you uncover these gifts and fully step into your authentic light you were born to shine.

I've experienced what it feels like to lose yourself in people pleasing, question who you are when relationships end, and face difficult decisions during career and life transitions. I've spent time wondering who I was underneath all the expectations, roles, and choices I had made.
Over time, I learned that finding yourself isn't about becoming someone new. It's about reconnecting with the person who's been there all along.

RachelI am here to remind you that you are exactly where you are meant to be — even if you feel stuck, doubtful, or afraid. Being human is messy, confusing, and beautiful all at once. Through the chaos, we always have access to peace and clarity. Sometimes, we just need to pause and slow down in order to find it.
