Refund Policy

At Rachel Lynn Spiritual Life Coaching, transparency is a core value within my client relationships. This refund and cancellation policy is designed to protect both your investment and the time, energy, and preparation that go into every session. By being clear about expectations up front, we can build a foundation of mutual respect, ensure fairness, and create a container for transformative work that is grounded in commitment and accountability.

❖ Cancellation After Initial Purchase
You may cancel your initial purchase of a coaching program within 24 hours of placing your order. Refunds will be issued using the best available method based on your situation, at the discretion of Rachel Lynn Spiritual Life Coaching.
 To request a cancellation and refund, please email [email protected] with a clear statement of your decision to cancel,  the reason for your cancellation, and your preferred method of reimbursement.

 ❖ Refunds After Services Have Begun
Refunds will not be granted for sessions already completed.  
Single Session: There is no refund for this service being that you will already have received the service.
1-Month and 3-Month Packages: After your first session,  if you find that our coaching doesn't align with your expectations or needs, you may request a partial refund for any unused sessions or unlogged hours.  

❖ No Shows
If you do not show up for a scheduled session and fail to notify in advance, the session will be considered forfeited and will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule. Out of respect for both our time and commitment to the coaching process, consistent attendance is expected.

❖ Emergencies
Life happens. If a true emergency prevents you from attending a scheduled session, please contact [email protected] within 24 hours of the missed session. In certain cases, a one-time courtesy reschedule may be offered at Rachel Lynn Spiritual Life Coaching’s discretion.

❖ Coach-Initiated Termination:
At Rachel Lynn Spiritual Life Coaching, the coaching relationship is built on mutual respect, alignment, and a shared commitment to growth. While rare, there may be situations where the coach determines it is in the best interest of the client—or the integrity of the coaching relationship—to discontinue services.
 When a Client May Be Released: 
The coach reserves the right to release a client if:
- The client is not a good fit for the coaching style or program
- The client consistently violates boundaries or policies (e.g., repeated no-shows, disruptive behavior)
- The client is unresponsive or disengaged in the coaching process
- Ethical concerns arise that conflict with the coach’s scope of practice
- It becomes clear that the client would be better served by a different type of support (e.g., therapy or medical care)
If the coaching relationship is ended by the coach:
In such situations, at the discretion of Rachel Lynn Spiritual Life Coaching, a refund may or may not be issued for any remaining sessions or services that were paid for but not completed.

All refunds will be processed using the most appropriate method depending on your original payment and individual circumstances. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing after your request has been approved.
